The Role

A Windows, Active Directory, Office 365 Service Desk Analyst is urgently required for this exciting opportunity with a leading supplier of products and services to the online and retail betting markets. Working as part of the help desk, you will be responsible for supporting internal and external users, so good customer service skills are essential for this role. As well as supporting users via remote, e mail and phone support, you will be involved in exciting project work such as migrations, installations and upgrades.
