A huge congratulations to newly promoted Senior Consultant, Jake Bennett and Senior L&D Executive, Frankie Phillips-Gough.
Senior Consultant Jake Bennett joined our Oscar Wildcats team as a Resource Consultant just under nine months ago and has made an impressive start to his recruitment career. As a natural relationship builder and solutions seeker, Jake has naturally excelled at building his personal brand and finding our clients exceptional Product and Project professionals, that are the perfect fit for their culture. We have no doubt that our new Senior Consultant will continue to deliver amazing results for our Oscar Technology brand.
Frankie Phillips-Gough, who this month is also celebrating her first fantastic year here at Oscar, has proudly earned her first promotion to Senior L&D Executive. Since joining Oscar, Frankie has not only worked incredibly hard to welcome, train and continually support each and every one of our UK Oscar Wildcats, but she has also played a big part in keeping our internal processes up-to-date and fresh. This promotion is thoroughly deserved, and we can’t wait to see how Frankie helps to progress our award-winning learning and development program further in the future.
Our UK Consultants of the Month (COTM) for April
April’s Manager of the Month award went to Managing Consultant, Levi Barnes. Levi’s strong leadership skills, consistency and recruitment expertise have been instrumental to his team’s continued success. Well done, Levi. This is well-deserved!
Manchester’s COTM for our Permanent team went to our newly promoted Senior Consultant, Jake Bennett. Jake has shown great enthusiasm for creating amazing outcomes and being a solutions provider. We have no doubt he’ll continue to excel in his new position. Top work, Jake.
Armandas Smailys was awarded London’s COTM for our Permanent Division. Armandas joined our European Tech team seven months ago and has been a fantastic addition. He’s created some fantastic results in a short amount of time, and we can’t wait to see how he develops his career further in the coming months. You’re going a great job, Armandas.
Manchester’s Contracts COTM went to Senior Consultant, Joel Khambay. Joel has worked extremely hard since joining our Contracts team three months ago and it’s great to see his consistency and determination starting to pay off. Congrats, Joel.
Jay Saunders has won COTM for London’s Contracts team for the second month running, following another month of creating fantastic results and smashing his targets. Jay is certainly a valuable member of both our London office and Contracts team. Keep up the great work, Jay.
Our HR Manager, Sam Surridge was awarded April’s Oscar Values Award. Sam is not only the epitome of our Oscar Values but she also goes above and beyond to make every one of our UK Oscar Wildcats feel valued and supported. Sam continuously delivers to a high standard, and we couldn’t thank her enough for all of her hard work. Thanks for all that you do Sam, we really appreciate you!
