Lauren has worked at Oscar since 2015and has progressed from a resource to Lead consultant,
heading up Oscar's Mobile App department Nationally! Specialising in Mobile & Front End
Development, Lauren has a genuine interest in the App market and is active in the tech community,
attending and organising meetup groups. Lauren is passionate about building long term relationships
with clients and candidates alike through her honest, direct and friendly approach and strives to
meet every candidate and client that she works with. In her years at Oscar, Lauren has built a team
around her who she is extremely proud of and enjoys seeing them develop and progress in their
career- achieving their aspirations.
A little more about Lauren...
Lauren is an avid music lover and has seen the Arctic monkeys live 5 times!! She also loves cooking
and makes amazing roast potatoes! When she’s not at a gig, cooking, travelling or spending all of her
money on Zoflora – she is helping our Associate Director, Melissa plan her wedding as her Maid of
Honour!
