1st Line Helpdesk/Desktop Support - Windows XP, 7/Active Directory - 6 Month rolling initial contract. 2 DAYS ON SITE IN WARRINGTON.

Technical Desktop Support - Windows XP, 7
My client, located in Manchester, are looking to add to their technical support team and therefore require an experienced 1st Support Engineer.
Your skills to include:
- - Excellent customer services skills, dealing with a variety of customers and third parties over the telephone.
- - Knowledge of Microsoft software (XP, Office, Operating systems etc.)
- - Knowledge of Active Directory
- - Working knowledge of applications as required by the contract(s) Preferred
- - Knowledge of ITIL procedures, ideally hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate Preferred
- - Microsoft certified, MCITP/MCSA Preferred.
- - Azure Password resets
- - Office 365
