IT | 1st Line Support | London Remote | £200/day | Outside IR35

My client, a Global tech company with teams across the US, UK, Europe & Asia are looking for a 1st Line Support to join them on a 3 month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Removal of desktops and replace them with docking stations
  • Desk configuration / cabling setup, connectivity testing
  • Hardware inventory
  • Label and removal of SSD's
  • Laptop imaging
  • Additional deskside support once users return
  • Printer setup, user training & registration

Must have:

  • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/Teams/MS Office/Office 365/Enterprise Security)
  • Cloud platforms i.e. Azure, AWS
  • Windows 10 / Windows 2016 / AD / Azure AD, Linux, Virtualisation (VMware) / Mac
  • Telephony (PBX / Mobile / VOIP / MDM), A/V systems (audio-visual)
  • Network equipment switches, access points, routers and firewalls
  • Mimecast
  • Veeam
  • Mulesoft / Oracle SQL / JavaScript Skills
