1st Line Helpdesk/Desktop Support - Windows XP, 7/Active Directory - 1 Month rolling initial contract.

Technical Desktop Support - Windows XP, 7

My client, located in Manchester, are looking to add to their technical support team and therefore require an experienced 1st Support Engineer.

Your skills to include:

  • - Excellent customer services skills, dealing with a variety of customers and third parties over the telephone.
  • - Knowledge of Microsoft software (XP, Office, Operating systems etc.)
  • - Knowledge of Active Directory
  • - Working knowledge of applications as required by the contract(s) Preferred
  • - Knowledge of ITIL procedures, ideally hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate Preferred
  • - Microsoft certified, MCITP/MCSA Preferred.
  • - Azure Password resets
  • - Office 365
