Role: 1st Line Support
Day rate: £150 OUTSIDE IR35
Start: 1 Week
Work Pattern: Hybrid 3 days a week onsite
- Provide 1st Line Service Desk Support
- Support users in diagnosing and resolving or correcting hardware/software problems.
- Working knowledge of Win10, O365, Email, Password reset and AD
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware/software according to company standards; reconfigure existing systems and/or perform system upgrades as required.
- Log all incidents with appropriate documentation and troubleshooting as requested by 2nd Line and 3rd Line support teams.
- Route incidents to appropriate support teams as per described troubleshooting steps and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor and escalate incidents until resolution, closure or the appropriate group has accepted.
- Operate in a specified role within Service Desk (Training, Knowledge Base, Process, Ticket reviews).
- Participate in projects as assigned
