1st/2nd Line ICT Support Assistant - Birmingham - £23,000 + Car Allowance - Opportunity to travel!!!

This ICT Support Assistant role will allow you to gain insight into the business processes of an NGO as you take on a variety of responsibilities, working on a hybrid basis. The Role

The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers, ensuring any ICT support requests are kept up to date and resolved in the most efficient way. Performing 1st/2nd line duties, you will report regularly to the ICT manager and other colleagues to ensure that KPI's are met and colleagues are up to date on the latest ICT systems. You will have a proactive, positive, determined attitude whilst providing first and second line IT support, including assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting in a confidential manner.

Essential

  • Experience with Helpdesk, PC/mobile builds, general problem solving, networking
  • Office 365 & Active Directory
  • Windows OS
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Full clean driving license
