Our client has been operating successfully for a number of years and has brought on a number of exciting clients in that time. They are now keen to expand and grow in all departments and securing a permanent 1st/2nd Line Support is a key part of that growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, Office 365, Active Directory, ITIL, TCP/IP and Windows Server experience.

1st/2nd Line Support Description:

  • Ensure tickets are kept updated in a timely manner and to a good standard
  • ITIL implementation
  • Windows Server (Active Directory)
  • Windows troubleshooting
  • Office 365
  • Work as part of a team on a whole host of projects

1st/2nd Line Support Key Skills / Experience:
