Are you looking to progress your IT career in a well-established company? If you have 1-2 years of IT support experience, a solid technical skillset, and the ability to deliver technical information in an easy-to-understand manner then this is the role for you. You will be tasked with providing 1st and 2nd Line technical support for issues and tickets for software and hardware via telephone and the support ticketing system.

Role requirements

The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following

  • Analytical mindset / Technical background
  • Experience working within a technical support environment
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems
  • A knowledge of Networking principles (beneficial)
