1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Manchester - £18,000 - £20,000

Are you looking to progress your IT career in a well-established company? If you have 1-2 years of IT support experience, a solid technical skillset, and the ability to build strong internal relationships then this is the role for you. This Manchester based market-leading company are on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer with experience in Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 and VMWare to join their close-knit team. You will be tasked with providing 1st and 2nd Line technical support for issues and tickets along with completing projects as and when required in line with the scope of work. You will be the 'face of IT' so excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential.

Requirements

  • Experience of Support Desk
  • Remote Support
  • ITIL Experience
  • Windows Remote Desktop 2019
  • Windows 10
  • Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012/2016/2019 management and maintenance experience.
  • Some knowledge of Azure
  • Office 365 / Exchange Online deployment & administration
  • Experience in configuring monitoring thresholds for Windows environment
  • Understanding DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP
  • VMWare Virtual Environment
  • Build and configure Laptop & Desktop Computer
