The Role
A 1st/2nd Line Support Position has arisen with a not for profit organisation who are highly focused on customer service based in Central London. As the successful candidate you will have the following skills; Windows Server, Networking, Troubleshooting, Office 365, PowerShell Scripting, LACP, CCNA, Switches, Routers, Desktop Support, Hardware, Active Directory, Printer Support and Excellent Customer Service Skills.,


As the successful candidate you will providing 1st/2nd Line support to around 100 - 200 users as wells as being responsible for running the service desk. You will also be ensuring that requests for support are handled efficiently and effectively. This will involve either responding to tickets directly or escalating them to the relevant staff. As the ideal candidate you will have experience with Windows Server, Networking, Troubleshooting, Officve365, PowerShell Scripting, LACP, CCNA, Switches, Routers, Desktop Support, Azure, Hardware, Active Directory, Printer Support and Excellent Customer Service Skills.
