The role

Due to growth, my client is seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable 2nd line support engineer to work as part of a talented team to provide support on a remote service desk and resolve a variety of interesting and challenging technology issues.

You must be able to work under pressure and complete tasks within set time frames as well as continuously improve knowledge and understanding across the various software and hardware technologies supported by the team.

2nd Line IT Support Engineer Requirements

  • Office365 or Exchange Server
  • Windows Server troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory
  • ITIL
  • Hyper-V/VMware
  • Desktop Support of Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Basic networking troubleshooting (TCP/IP)
