The Role

As part of the company's continuous expansion, they are looking for a self-motivated and driven 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic team of professionals who pride themselves in supporting each other's development. Bring the energy and drive to learn to this role and you will go far! Your responsibilities will work in collaboration with team members to provide client-based IT Support to an array of organisations. You will be supporting sought after Microsoft tech such as Office 365, Active directory, Networking, and be a key driver in the resolution of incidents, closing service requests and providing all around excellent 2nd Line Support in an efficient and timely manner.

You will be based primarily in the company's Wimborne, Dorset office.
