Oscar are currently looking for x2 2nd Line contractors to join our client on an initial 8 week contract during a busy period.

The role will involve resolving 1st/2nd line ticket's as well as escalating tickets to the 3rd Line team.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/Exchange/O365
  • Windows Server 2006/2012/2016
  • AD
  • VMware
  • A good understanding of the ITIL framework.


  • Citrix
  • ITIL Certified
