A large managed service provider for IT support are seeking a contractor to provide additional technical support to resolve complex escalated incidents from 1st Line Support.

Skills & Experience for the Contract 2nd / Second Line Support Engineer

  • Working experience resolving technical issues.
  • Office 365 experience.
  • Experience with Azure AD.
  • Great working knowledge of remote support toolsets.
  • Expert knowledge of call management systems including ServiceNow.
  • Microsoft Office Certifications
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
