80% of leads will be inbound, they have x2 SDRs who provide the link between their global customers who want to also buy their solution in the US

The first founder Fred Mouawad is the CEO of seven companies, including TaskWorld and is the 8th richest diamond owner in the world, with a net worth of $1.1bn
Therefore, cash and stability, despite being a startup should not be a concern

THE ROLE
SMB software account executive (100% remote)
Selling project management software to SMB customers to begin, then building into mid-market
The solution can be sold across any customer industry sector
Negotiating with Managers through CXO level
They will be part of a new team, they'll help build the organization by identifying gaps and helping point resource to them
Opportunity to move up and lead the team as well
Aggressive career growth within three years, with planning and training plan to support their growth
The aim is to hit $3m ARR within the next 12 months between 6-8 account execs (375k-500k individual quota yr 1 ramp up)

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
2-5 yrs SaaS sales experience dealing at SMB/Mid-market level (this would NOT suit SaaS 'Enterprise' account execs)
Full cycle, new business oriented
Self starter with ability to work independently
Maybe a tenured SaaS BDR who has been surpassing quota for at least 2 years, who is ready for the next level (to move to a closing AE role)

COMP & BENS
75k-85k sweet spot salary (150k-170k OTE) - DONT TELL CANDIDATES THIS IS NEGOTIABLE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!
