Account Executive - SaaS

100% remote - central or east coast time zone based applicants only (preferably New York)

Candidate Requirements:

- The Account Executive on central or eastern US time zone (preferably New York)
- 4+ years' SaaS sales Account Executive experience
- Minimum 2 years' employment tenure with current or previous employer
- Experience selling SaaS/Software to HR or Talent Acquisition leaders
- Experience working in sales for pre-series C seed business (Tech startup experience)

Role Responsibilities:

- The Account Executive will sell an online hiring platform to help growing businesses scale more efficiently
- Negotiating with HR & Talent Acquisition leaders (some existing customers are based in New York)
- Selling across a multitude of industries
- Huge demand - there are nearly twice as many career openings than qualified candidates in the US
- Dealing with Mid-Market & Enterprise clients
- Closing average deal sizes of $60k-$85k
- Average time to close a deal 7-11 weeks
- Lead support from the SDR team (self-sourcing of leads are required)
