The role

This is your opportunity to join an established and rapidly expanding digital agency, based in Bristol, as an Account Manager, on a fully remote basis. You should have proven eCommerce experience and an appetite to build best-in-class websites for some big name clients.

You will manage your own clients, on-going retainers and full eCommerce website builds. Creating long-standing relationships with your clients will put you in a better position to understand their overall eCommerce strategy, to prioritise, organise and deliver exceptional solutions for them.

You'll join a growing Project/Account team, who due to significant growth in the past 18 months, need people like you to manage the influx of clients they're seeing come through the doors. Your clients will range from medium to large companies, who you will manage simultaneously to deliver big budget eCommerce solutions.

Essential skills and experience

  • Experience in a relevant industry and experience in eCommerce is a must.
  • Previous experience managing a mixture of small to medium sized projects
  • Agency experience/background is preferred
  • If you're familiar with, or work closely with, Magento, this would be a huge plus!

You should be bright, ambitious and looking to progress in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. You should also be naturally well organised, reliable and enjoy working in a methodical way.
