Administrative Assistant (E-Learning, Learning Management System (LMS), MS Office) - Financial Services Provider - Grantham - £16,000+

A market leading financial services provider is currently on the lookout for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the growing team based in Grantham. As Administrative Assistant (E-Learning, Learning Management System (LMS), MS Office) you will be responsible for providing administrative service to the training team, which will entail proof reading training material and sourcing, negotiating and liaising with external training providers. Experience working with a Learning Management System will be extremely beneficial =, as a large part of your job will be ensuring that the internal LMS is accessible to all employees of the company group. Excellent time management and organisational skills will be pivotal for this role, as you will be expected to maintain the up-to-date activity records, the launching and management of e-learning modules and providing accurate and efficient reports on the learning activity across the business.
