Background in delivering Agile Transformations and/or Agile Solutions
Extensive understanding of Kanban Method and other reflective-improvement frameworks
Broad understanding of agile methodologies including Lean, Kanban, Scrum, XP, and SAFe
Ability to facilitate retrospectives, project kick-off activities and other ceremonies
