Agile Delivery Manager (IT) - Global Company - Milton Keynes (Remote first) - £55K - £70K + 5% discretionary bonus

The role:

I am working with a global leading company operating in cloud-based management solutions. They are operating a collaborative environment, where their focus is customer value and providing the most effective solutions for their needs. Making their service essential to their consumers as opposed to being just another vendor! They are currently transforming to move into a DevOps environment, therefore they are hiring an Agile Delivery Manager within their SaaS Engineering team.

As an Agile Delivery Manager you will be managing 2-3 teams, liaising with product managers. Whilst being a leader for the Agile/Lean Methodologies.

The Responsibilities:

  • Being a motivator for consistent improvement, and a driving their culture of constantly evolving
  • Efficiently manage skill levels and introduce training and opportunities where needed
  • Operate and manage the recruitment of motivated and highly skilled team members to ensure demands of the business are met
  • Ensure the correct established methodologies are being utilised by the team
  • Preparation of performance reviews and development plans
  • Point of call as delivery expert/leader for stakeholders

The Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as either a scrum master/agile delivery manager
  • Practical experience of software - delivery, whilst managing multiple teams
  • Experience working in a DevOps environment
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Working in a complex, global SaaS organisation is desirable
