The role

My Client is looking for a motivated and dedicated 1st / 2nd line Application Support Engineer to join their well-established business to support the office team resolve and assist with all customers and applications with any software / application support issues.

Application Support Engineer Requirements

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support to customers
  • Handling and resolving tickets
  • Being responsible for customer issues and taking the appropriate steps to resolve or escalate if further support is needed
  • Using an MDM (Mobile Device Manager) to help investigate issues, resolutions and roll out of new releases
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Great organisational skills, prioritisation, and timekeeping
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Perseverance and flexibility
