My London based Pharmaceutical client has come to me with a fantastic role, they are on the hunt for an Applications Systems Engineer to join their hardworking IT team. They have no preference in previous sectors you may have worked in, they just require you have the technical skills to come in and hit the ground running.

Salary £65,000 - £75,000|Central London|ASAP

Applications Systems Engineer responsibilities:

• Work with the Tech Director on new tools, technologies, and best practices
• Work with development teams on software analysis
• Working with the Senior Engineer to own the production analysis platform
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Promote continual improvement processes within the Agile Scrum Team

Applications Systems Engineer required skills:

• A Master's degree in a technical discipline
• Commercial or Academic experience in software development
• Apache Tomcat
• ITIL
• SQL
• Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Virtualisation (Hyper-V, Docker)
• Scripting (Python, Bash)
