Business Analyst -
Oscar Technology are partnering with a tech firm based in Sheffield that are continuing to expand their Product teams and are looking to add another Business Analyst to their team.
Reporting into Product Owners/Managers, working within a Squad, your role will involve a lot of classic BA work around requirements gathering with stakeholders but also speaking with technology partners to create user stories and gain technical documentation.
This role would be joining a squad to establish and evaluate projects, playing a key role in helping the Product team understand how to integrate the various platforms with partner products. Your requirements & User Stories will be organised into a Product backlog by the Product Owner. This role will be varied and challenging, particularly at a point when the firm are continuing to mature Agile practices, so you'll be awesome at getting buy-in from stakeholders on how Agile benefits them, but also helping to coach other team members on Scrum, where possible.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong SDLC knowledge, ideally able to talk tech with developers & help to map API's for integration projects
- Experience of turning requirements into User Stories & breaking those down into EPICS
- Good knowledge of Scrum
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent consensus building skills
Nice to haves
CSPO or CSM qualifications
