Business Analyst/Product Manager - Up to £57k! - Newport/Hybrid

This thriving business has a 20 year streak in working with 40,000+ customers, making it ine of the largest independent financial houses in the UK. This business is customer driven to build and deliver successful products and develop lasting relationships. This company is looking for a new Business Analyst to join their team!

The Role:

Joining the team as Business Analyst, you will manage stakeholders across the business to drive outcomes, meet targets and mold the business and its ongoing improvements! These tweaks will be consistent with the product and company roadmap.

In this role your customers will be external and internal (including the Project Delivery Team, Development team and Senior Leaders)! You will be continuously thinking outside the box to solve problems and make changes within the product to better the business and bring success to you and your team!

You will bring your experience and skills to the table to add value to the products and work with customers to ensure their needs are consistently met!

About you:

  • You are a clear and concise communicator!
  • You must have experience using Project Management methodologies
  • Experience within a commercial environment
  • You should have a positive attitude!
  • Experience in a product management role is desirable!
