Business Development Executive - £40,000 + Excellent Commission Package - London

Our client is looking for an experienced new business hunter to join their developing and, soon to be, worldwide team. As the company is still at start up stage, we are looking for someone to be able to come and hit the ground running, immediately contributing to the success of the team. Being in the HR space, our client is ideally looking for someone who has predominantly sold into similar teams but as long as you have sold into Enterprise clients then we want to speak to you!

Main responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle
  • Consultative approach to managing the client's expectations and needs
  • Address customer requirements with the aid of the technical staff and product teams
  • Create strong relationships with third party and partner companies
  • Engage with prospects through LI, F2F and networking


  • B2B sales with a history of exceeding targets
  • Confidence to prospect HR professionals and have a good understanding of HR problems
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about providing solutions in the current market
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving expertise
