Business Development Manager - Cheshire - DOE + Uncapped OTE

The role

I am looking for a forward thinking, driven Business Development Manager to help progress the B2B side of this expanding telecommunication business. This is the perfect role for someone who really wants to grow with a business and has extremely strong values regarding relationship building and sales.

Your main tasks will involve:

  • Winning new business
  • Bring innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Visiting new and existing clients
  • Managing an select portfolio of existing clients


  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience selling to decision makers.
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry desirable.
  • Previous proven experience of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent ability to build rapport, influence and develop business relationships.
  • Highly motivated.
  • The ability to multitask and think outside the box.
