  • Identify and convert new prospects in the employee benefits market
  • Manage relationships with third party benefit providers and their clients
  • Build a pipeline in line with sales targets
  • Renew and grow existing business
  • Negotiate new business deals with new clients maximise revenue

  • Capable of communicating at all levels
  • Able to listen and respond appropriately
