A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced C# Developer (C#, .Net, MVC, WPF) to join a well-established driving force with software solutions for the logistics industry. As a C# Developer, you will be an integral part of an innovative development team and be passionate about the solutions and services that you are providing to clients. The C# Developer role is a vital part of the development team responsible for creating, designing, maintaining and implementing large software projects. You will work alongside the other Developers including the IT Support team providing technical advice and support to the rest of the team when appropriate. As a C# Developer (C#, .Net, MVC, WPF) you will be expected to fully integrate yourself within the company and share innovative ideas to any ongoing projects when appropriate and excel expectations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing web applications, mobile and desktop as part of the wider development team, with a focus on improving user experience.
  • Responsible for implementation of solutions in close conjunction with architecture and test teams.
  • Providing technical advice to all teams as required.
  • Providing technical support to the Support team as required.
  • Individual must have high standards of written and communication skills.
  • Proactive nature with a love of coding
  • Continually strive for quality
  • Naturally solve challenging problems both alone and with others.
  • Be organised and manage time affectively under pressure.

Role Requirements:

Essential skills

  • C#/.NET experience
  • MVC
  • Experience in WPF
  • SQL

Highly desirable skills

  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
