Change Manager - Fintech - Staffordshire up to £65k

Role: Change Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000

Location: Staffordshire (100% Remote at the moment but will be a requirement to go into the office 2 or 3 days a week post-Covid)

The role: As the successful Change Manager, you will be responsible for transforming their solution, rebuilding the base of the platform with the goal to migrate from the existing platform to new. You will be confident in liaising directly with the client and understanding their requirements in full and be able to lead with autonomy but not always wait for authority. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience with key stakeholder management. Any experience from an Agile environment, delivering scrums/stand-ups etc, that's a bonus! This role is perfect for someone who is bright and driven, who loves to be an integral part of the team but also thrives off process perfection.

As the successful candidate you will have/be:

  • Experience in a Change Manager role or similar
  • Experience leading change across multiple work streams
  • Background in Financial Services sector
  • Be comfortable working in an Agile environment (sprints/standups)
  • Key stakeholder engagement and difficult conversations
  • Experience liasing directly with the client
  • A team player, self-starter, enjoy working in dynamic environment, enjoy autonomy & someone looking for career progression
