.Net Software Developer - BRISTOL - Salary DOE, Private Medical Care, 25 days holiday, Pension Scheme and Onsite Parking.

The Role:

We're on the hunt for a talented .Net Developer who's ideally full-stack (but a bias in either direction is fine) and very competent with the likes of .Net, C#, MVC5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and SQL! If you have an interest in Xamarin (Forms) also, this will be beneficial to the role. If not, you will get the opportunity to be supported and learn this whilst on the job! A highly sought after skill at the moment.

This role is aimed for a mid-Senior Developer. In terms of what you will be working on, this client has global clients across the world which utilise their cutting-edge products. Your work will be mainly web based but you might also touch on some design- either way you will be involved in the full development lifecycle gaining exposure to processes and procedures from draw up to launch. With this in mind, it is important that you have strong communication skills, can work well both in a team and alone and have a proactive nature about you. You will play an integral part in upcoming projects and assist the team in visualising and analysing alternate solutions whilst making educated decisions. You should be able to demonstrate and implement good web and app development practices and secure code. You will be exposed to project and time management practises ensuring that you have an all-rounded knowledge to ensure that you develop or continue you career as a Strong Professional.

The Experience we need:

The ideal .Net Developer will be somebody who's a bit of an all-rounder, who can roll up their sleeves to get stuck in. And just as importantly, you'll be a good human. They're a friendly bunch…


- Commercial experience
- Solid industry .Net experience
- Good knowledge of SQL

- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Object-orientated principles and agile methodologies

- A keen eye for functional design and excellent attention to detail

As a .Net Developer, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring key developments are built and implemented in-line with the business objectives and specifications. You'll work closely with all members of the Agile team, including a group of other .Net Developers, to deliver high-quality code that is tested and delivered across the full the Software Development Life Cycle. A natural logical thinker would be a good skill- with the ability to resolve problems, research solutions and draw on expertise.
