Person Requirements - MUST have attended NMHC OPTECH conference (Hiring manager will not speak with candidate if they have not attended)

National Multifamily Housing Council - Min 5 years' enterprise (MUST be selling/sold into the Multifamily real estate market with 10k+ units) - Perfect candidate: Optech attendee with 5+ years in SaaS sales experience dealing with Multifamily real estate property owners with 10k+ units

100% remote - base anywhere in the USA - Quota is 16k units per quarter - selling to 10k+ units - $70k-$100k salary, 200% OTE ($150-$200k)
