The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established digital agency based remotely as a Digital Project Manager. You will get under the skin of the business and contribute valuable ideas to consistently improve project management processes "on the bus" to strive for excellence. You will provide premium delivery of enterprise-scale projects alongside a talented team who are awesome at what they do. Their average project spans from 12 - 18 months, no churning out small builds here! You will immersive yourself in concept-driven solutions that engage in the clients' customers, to enable the company's to be market leaders within their space.

As one of their Project Managers (Software, Agile), you will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle delivery. You'll be a key part of the agency; a linchpin which holds everything together. You'll manage a large portfolio of clients, work on multiple projects and manage bespoke projects right through from initial conception through to delivery. A key part of your role will be to keep in regular contact with your client, briefing work through the studio ensuring that the right responsibilities for projects are prioritised to help internal teams structure their commitments and ensuring throughout all projects that every element is running on time and budget. This will involve creating detailed project plans, adhering to strict budget/ time constraints and being a main point of contact for clients. In addition to this, your voice will be heard as you manage projects and are the main point of contact for managing and coordinating the activities in the team, as well as communicating with senior management on the updates of projects whilst adding your sprinkle of creativity and innovation to the mix, to ensure everything stands out that little bit more…

Digital Project Manager Role Requirements

Essential skills:

  • Experience managing large, enterprise-scale software projects and website builds.
  • Ability to manage and cultivate excellent relationships with clients, including identifying opportunities to upsell.
  • Experience in the full project lifecycle; right through from conception through to delivery
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at a time
  • Agile / SCRUM knowledge

Any certifications in Prince 2 or similar will be highly beneficial for this role. If you have experience working for a digital agency - even better!
