The Role

An exciting opportunity to join an award-winning and busy agency based fully remotely (no catches!) as a Digital Project Manager. Specialising in the eCommerce industry for the last 20+ years, you will be working on the highest standard of commerce solutions in the industry! You will work within a specialist in-house team of 8 project managers - owning projects right through from conception through to delivery. Very well-known in their industry for being the best; what they are now looking for are the best PM's to grow and continue to thrive with them.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle delivery of multiple projects. They specialise in bespoke, enterprise-scale projects which take an average of 12 months + to complete. You will have the support and guidance of a team of experts and some of the top talent in the industry. You will play a key part in the business; managing a portfolio of some of the most well-known brands in the UK, whilst to continuing to place a key emphasis on your personal growth and professional development. Their clients are at the heart of everything they do here - you will keep in regular contact with them, briefing worth through the studio and ensuring that responsibilities are completed and help deliver on them with internal teams. You should be fluent with timescales, budgeting and more. This won't be your first rodeo!

This will involve creating detailed project plans, adhering to strict budget/ time constraints and being a main point of contact for clients. To track projects, they often use JIRA/Confluence so experience in any of these will be beneficial. In addition to this, your voice will be heard as you manage projects and are the main point of contact for managing and coordinating the activities in the team, as well as communicating with senior management on the updates of projects whilst adding your sprinkle of creativity and innovation to the mix, to ensure everything stands out that little bit more…

Role Requirements:

Essential skills:

  • You will have seen projects right through from conception, through to delivery.
  • Experience managing large, enterprise-scale software projects and website builds.
  • Build good relationships with clients that are truly their friends - you will manage and cultivate excellent relationships with clients, including identifying opportunities to upsell.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Agile / SCRUM / Waterfall knowledge

Any certifications in Prince 2 or similar will be highly beneficial for this role, or you should ideally be working towards one. If you have experience working for a digital agency - even better!
