Helpdesk Analyst - SQL, Unix, ITIL - Mansfield - £24,000

Are you an Helpdesk Analyst who is experienced SQL, Unix & ITIL who wants to become part of an expanding close knit team for a market leading software house? In this role you will be responsible for dealing with the company's clients to ensure they are offered the highest level off support from solving queries over the phone to investigating incidents and issues arising by using effective tools and ensuring the correct processes are followed. You would also be expected to be able to write SQL queries as well as be comfortable solving network issues with the application.
