HelpDesk Support Analyst is required by an innovative tech start up company based in West London who are seeking a enthusiastic, dynamic and highly self motivated HelpDesk Support Analyst to join their hardworking and successful IT team. You will demonstrate the following skills; Troubleshooting, SQL, Zendesk, Support, Trello, Jira, HTML5, iframe, Selenium IDE, KYC, AML, Banking/Finance Experience, IOS/Android Apps.

The Role
As the successful candidates you will be required to support clients with technical support as well as consumers with their verifications. You will demonstrate strong technical ability whilst becoming an in house product expert along side manging the HelpDesk software solutions. Whilst the role is primarily focused on HelpDesk and Support you will work alongside the technical and sales teams to help deliver and implement the product.
