The Role:

This role is looking for someone who is performance driven. The role will incorporate efficient running of the HR Service, supported by effective processes and practises which are implemented by the potential candidate. These functions will be fundamental to the day to day maintenance of the HR department and the wider business. The individual needs to be motivated, dynamic and creative, with brilliant leadership skills and a can do attitude. The successful candidate will project manage the delivery of a new HR service, imbedding a continuous improvement and learning culture.


  • Ensure Performance is monitored and kept to a high standard.
  • Be able to report back to senior management and key stakeholders, delivering comprehensive and detailed reports. This will then be received with feedback which should then be incorporated into strategy.
  • Solve problems when appropriate and implement strategy for change,

Key Skills:

  • Client management skills with a flare for negotiation.
  • Experience with dealing with a HR department and multiple projects with set budgets
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
