Our global HQ is in Manchester (we also have 4, soon to be 6 US offices), but we want you to own all internal talent acquisition for our fab modern new office right by Cannon St station - one of the City of London's most desirable locations. As a statement of intent we have just moved in to an exclusive self contained space where the entire floor is ours, and we have two thirds of the office still to fill.
Joining our People & Culture team, you will have sole accountability and responsibility for attracting and taking talent through the recruitment process - so there is a great balance of autonomy, but also support from the management in London as well as your colleagues in Talent Acquisition in Manchester and across the USA.
We are vibrant, we are sociable and we are modern and you will reflect and purvey this across all of your engagements with candidates that you will love speaking with and meeting - you are custodian of our brand - the first smiley face potential employees will see!
As the sole physical presence in this department in the London office (and when you are at home as we are hybrid), you will love being proactive and searching for solutions with a glowingly positive outlook on life!
