IT Service Delivery Manager - MSP / ITIL
Oscar Technology are partnered with a Microsoft Gold Partnered IT Managed Service Provider, supporting their search for a new IT Service Delivery Manager.
The role would be a primary service point of contact on one of their key accounts who are a regulated business, maintaining the client relationship, defining & refining Service, Problem & Change processes, procedures, KPI's & SLA's. Essentially your day-to-day will be supporting operational support work, maintaining a high-level of service from support teams, but also working alongside Account Managers to maximise commercial opportunities and project teams to cut-over updates & implementations into live service.
Ideally, they are looking for circa 3 years of prior experience within a Managed Service Provider or a similar business-to-business-type Service Delivery Manager role and ideally be certified in ITIL v4.

- 3+ years experience as Service Delivery Manager
- 3+ years experience in a Managed Service Provider / MSP / IT Outsourcer / Hosting or similar B2B business
- ITIL v3/4 certified
- Proven experience of establishing service, problem and change management processes & procedure
- Experience of defining & refining KPI's & SLA's
- Good high-level knowledge of Microsoft products, Networking & VoIP and Cloud
Our client are based in South Manchester (car owner needed due to lack of public transport links near their offices), with hybrid working between office & WFH. It's likely you may very occasionally have to visit a client onsite.
