1st Line IT Support Engineer - Leeds - Up to £25k

The Role

For this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking advice and assistance, providing 1st line technical support and answering support queries via phone and email. You will also be proactive and organised, with excellent communication skills as well as being motivated to get the job done whilst being flexible in your approach.

IT Support Engineer Requirements

  • Some knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 10, Server 2008, 2019, Office365
  • Assisting clients with issues and support, fixing or escalating issues as appropriate (1st line support)
  • Assist the Endpoint technical analysts with technical support
  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
  • Ensure all new systems and procedures are fully documented and up to date
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly as part of a team or individually when required
