Location: Liverpool, City Centre

Key Skills: Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Hardware

Salary Range: £24,000* - Dependant on experience

Role Summary

Our client is an established leading law firm who's looking to hire an ambitious IT Support Engineer. The person applying needs to be able to troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues in an effective quick manner. Communication should be of a premium level while delivering high-quality customer service. If you have a passion for providing efficient and effective help to the legal firm's customers when they are in need!

Role Requirements:

Do you have what it takes to offer incredible technical support across a variety of different technologies then this could be the role for you!

In this role you will be providing onsite and remote support for all users across multiple business sites, you should be able to troubleshoot any technical issues which may arise. You will receive first-class training and support within Liverpool city centre.
