IT Support Engineer - Windows, Active Directory, Help desk - Luton, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Hatfield, Hertfordshire - £16,000 - £18,000 + Benefits

The Role

A Windows, Active Directory, Help desk IT Support Engineer is urgently required for this exciting opportunity with a leading technology company based in Hemel Hempstead. You will be responsible for working within the support team and escalating problems to the necessary engineers, front line first point of contact for support enquiries by phone, email and client portal for their data and mobile solutions and logging details of fault, diagnosing and resolving problem. Building relationships, adapting to change in a fast paced environment are skills just as important as your technical ability at this company.
