Role & Responsibilities
Relationship Management Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients as the lead point of contact for all account management matters
- Convert opportunities from existing clients into signed work
- Track and document opportunities through stages of development and record overall client satisfaction
- High-level project estimation
- Develop & drive "Solution Performance Plan" for each project
- Schedule and run quarterly check in meetings with each client
Operational Responsibilities (Client Advocate)
- Schedule and run Internal Kickoff (IKO) for new projects to review scope, schedule, budget
- Schedule and run Client Kickoff (CKO) for new projects to review scope, schedule and budget
- Attend daily pod scrums & weekly huddle
- Confirm requirements, design and final solution meet client expectations
- Add project status updates as defined in operational policies
- Acquire client sign off upon project completion
- Schedule and run internal & client wrap-up to document lessons learned and capture future opportunities
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years' experience as an Account Manager
- 2+ years' experience working with Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
- Previous consulting experience preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage in contract negotiations
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- An understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
