Role & Responsibilities

Relationship Management Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients as the lead point of contact for all account management matters
  • Convert opportunities from existing clients into signed work
  • Track and document opportunities through stages of development and record overall client satisfaction
  • High-level project estimation
  • Develop & drive "Solution Performance Plan" for each project
  • Schedule and run quarterly check in meetings with each client

Operational Responsibilities (Client Advocate)

  • Schedule and run Internal Kickoff (IKO) for new projects to review scope, schedule, budget
  • Schedule and run Client Kickoff (CKO) for new projects to review scope, schedule and budget
  • Attend daily pod scrums & weekly huddle
  • Confirm requirements, design and final solution meet client expectations
  • Add project status updates as defined in operational policies
  • Acquire client sign off upon project completion
  • Schedule and run internal & client wrap-up to document lessons learned and capture future opportunities

Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience as an Account Manager
  • 2+ years' experience working with Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
  • Previous consulting experience preferred
