1st Line Responsibilities

As a First Line Service Desk analyst you will play a pivotal role in a team of driven, like minded IT professionals where you will be working closely with internal customers over the phone and via email, to provide general technical support and solutions. On a daily basis, you will work with Office 365, AD, Windows OS and troubleshoot general network issues. This role would be great for an IT graduate or apprentice looking to kickstart their career, or an experienced Service Desk Analyst. On ocassion, you will get to travel (all expenses paid for!) to assist client's across different locations and offices.

2nd Line Responsibilities

As a Second Line Service Desk Engineer you will act as an escalation point for 1st Line Service Desk Analysts and high profile clients within a fast paced setting where each day will be different. You will resolve the managed service clients' issues across the UK and work on more complex networking, Windows and Office 365 issues and solutions. You will get to work closely on various projects helping clients undergo their digital transformations as you get to grips with cloud based technologies and roling out migration projects.
