Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems
  • Evaluate, integrate and install new releases
  • Complete maintenance, answering queries during the process
  • Support the expanding database infrastructure
  • Provide additional support by coding utilities, responding to high level queries and problems

Requirements:

  • Experience working with MySQL
  • Previous experience managing databases, including:
    • Performance, integrity, replication, upgrades, migration and security
  • Experience with requirements analysis and performance optimisation
