Network Business Analyst

MUST HAVES

• Expert knowledge of MS Office suite particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
• Strong experience in ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence
• Must have the ability to analyze data and see patterns
• Expertise with building PowerPoint decks with graphs
• Experience interfacing with IT auditors and coordinating response
• Excellent analytical, documentation and process development skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization
• General understanding of network infrastructure technologies (Routers, Firewalls, DNS, Load Balancer)
