NEW - IT 1st/2nd Line Support and Service Desk Engineer
Key Skills: Office 365, Active Directory, Networking LAN/WAN, Server Administration, Degree or Qualification in Computer, IT or similar.
Salary Range: £25,000* - Dependant on experience
The client is a well-established business looking for someone who can help support 1/2nd line support queries alongside networking issues. You should have excellent communication skills on the phone and across helpdesk situations. You must be able to add computer equipment to the asset database and track the movements between locations and the users. You should have experience in cyber security principles and knowledge of checking antivirus software statuses. When the client is needing configurations of door access you must be able to add issues and remove access when needed. You will be under the supervision of the IT manager who will be giving you the data points to manage and overall creating backups when needed.
