The Change &Communication (C&C) team consists of the four domains (Organisational Change
Management, Communication, Learning and Translations) and state the projects and the support organisation
in guiding IT changes that affect our customer. Specifically for the
domain of Communication, we are looking for a temporary Team Lead Communication.
Today, the Communication team is strongly committed to communication aimed at its own organization. A
overview of our activities:
* advice and support in the field of communication to HR, management, project teams (both
for IT as internal projects) and the support organisation
* support for daily operational communications in connection with.m interventions, unavailability
and changes to IT systems,
* drawing up and developing communication plans and strategies for IT and internal projects
* news gathering and drafting of content in text, image and video for different channels such as
intranet, monthly newsletter, internal TV screens, etc.
You guide the four communication staff and are committed to coordinating the daily
team activities within the defined and validated internal processes. You support the
employees in achieving individual and team results and ensures the optimal functioning of the
of every employee within the team. You are the first point of contact for the
communication staff in the event of any problems. You monitor the standards and processes of the
own team and reports to the Head of HR, Change &Communication.
You are also responsible for the follow-up of the budgeting and cost follow-up of
the team and provides the necessary capacity management in function of employees and ongoing
Projects. You do this in close cooperation with the Team Leads of the three other domains within
the Change &Communication team.
