The Role

This is an exciting position that will suit someone who has at least 1 years of experience working as an office assistant/administrator in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Our London office has grown significantly in the last 18 months, because of this we are now looking for someone to support on every day important administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our internal office operations.

We are looking for someone who works methodically and is structured when it comes to organisational skills. You will support on several tasks daily so we really want someone that can work well independently and to deadlines. Key responsibilities will include handling email and telephone queries quickly and professionally, transferring calls and message taking appropriately, ordering office equipment and monitoring stock, supporting consultants with editing documents, handling and distributing incoming/outgoing post, greeting external visitors, and offering them hot drinks as well as other administrative duties such photocopying and booking travel for internal stakeholders.

This role is perfect for someone who is naturally proactive and will notice things without being asked. The varied nature of this position will offer someone the chance to be creative and develop new processes to help streamline the running of the office positively and more efficiently.
